IQ test

On the IQ test I scored 112. Which I found very interesting to be slightly above average. I thought that I would be below or even just average. I scored the highest in pattern recognition. My lowest score was in math.. Which is not suprising to me becuase I have never really cared for math and had to start in the lowest math class when I started college. Which is why I am greatful that this semester will be my last math class. My second highest score was in visual. I thought that this test was very accurate. I think that it did test on a variety of different subjects. However I don't know if it is the most accurate way to test your IQ. I think that there are probally more in depth test for testing IQ. I think that it would be fun to have my class take this test however I do think that if we bring this into the classroom we need to be very careful with it. This test could pose possible problems if a student scores low and the other students see there score. I think that this would have to be a test that the students take at home where their peers are not around to judge them. Another problem I see with this test is that elementry students may not have enough knowledge to complete the test. However it seemed like the test was age sensitive because I was reading that I got my score based on how I performed as well as age and education level. I feel that it is a fun test for students to take as long as we take some precautions.

Don't you think it'l affect the student's self confidence also if he/she scored low?
