Indivdual differences

Today we learned about individual differences and how they can effect our classrooms. We learned that every single student learns in a different way. We learned about multiple intelligences and how they effect our classroom and our students. We learned about students with special needs. Students with special needs can add a lot to the classroom. We learned about labels that people put on students.
This is important because it allows us to understand students and maybe why they act the way that they do. We need to understand as teachers that each one of our students our different and have different needs. We need to assess those needs and try to figure how we can help them to the best of our ability. We also need to decide if it is a good thing to label students or not.
I am going to be an active teacher always trying to learn as much as I can about each and every one of my students. I will be a teacher that is willing to except students with disabilities and try my best to help them have the best learning experience that they can. I will also research the pros and cons of putting labels on children and decide for my self if I think it is a good thing or a bad thing.

Explain more about individual differences. Label your paragraphs.
