Research Learning Log

Today I learned about the different kinds of research that we can conduct in our class. We learned about experimental, action, correctional, and descriptive studies. I learned that they all have there purpose but they won't always work in the classroom. I also learned that all of the different types of studies have pros and cons and none of them are perfect.
This is important so that we know how to conduct studies in our own classroom. It will help us to improve our class and be better teachers. I think that if we collaborate with other teachers while conduct our studies it can help make our classrooms and schools better.
After learning this I am going to try to come up with ideas on how to do studies in my classroom. I want to be able to observe my students and conduct studies to better improve my classroom. This is mostly just action studies but I want to be able to try to use each study at least once just to get a fell for them and to see how they can be effective.
